With approximately 1½ kilometres of flowing creek, including swimming holes and shade trees, these areas are very popular on weekends and during holiday periods.
The grounds include an amenities block for guests, as well as level grassy areas. There are some barbeques and shade structures.

Bunkhouse village
This area has 4 accommodation units, each able to house 24 people (total 96 people).

Horse Riding
Bestbrook Mountain Resort specialises in horse riding for both experienced riders and novices.
There is a large stable complex with a tack room.

There are 4 dongas with power and water connected. These are inexpensive and very popular.
Water Supply
The property has a productive bore, giving 400 gallons per hour. This is ideal for all water requirements at the resort.
